• The ASIA II-CR models are equipped with a water inlet on the cooking surface for a water stream to facilitate cooling and maintenance.
• The pressed and watertight hob is equipped with WOK burners and 290 mm and 230 mm removable burner rings – several combinations of burners are available according to the user's needs.
• Our burners are designed to be connected to the mains gas, as well as to butane gas on request.
• Lateral water drainage via a decanting trough with a removable filter with a lid and an overflow plug.
• The water curtain comprises a valve and a storage shelf.
